A definition for a manager or Businessman, that expresses me, is the ability to quantify the qualitative characteristics, whether they are pros or cons, with relatively high precision, and at different levels over time.

 

Qualitative characteristics are the ones that either have a simple description or have identified a cost or a benefit, affect the organization or business over time, at different levels and in multiple sizes from their original value.

 

The only appraisal in these cases is the degree of verification of the specific provision as long as this is not influenced by other external factors.
